These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products and programs offered by The Expansion Room (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including The Wealth Code course.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase our products.
2. Digital Product Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
“Lifetime access” (if offered) means access for the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the product at any time.
You may not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute materials
- Resell or sublicense content
- Upload content to public platforms
- Use our content to train AI systems or create derivative programs
Violation may result in revoked access without refund.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials, including videos, PDFs, templates, branding, graphics, and written content, are owned by The Expansion Room and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
4. Payments & Payment Plans
All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms including SamCart and Kajabi.
If you select a payment plan:
- You are responsible for completing all installments.
- Failed payments may result in suspended access.
- You remain liable for the full balance even if you stop using the program.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us at[email protected]Â to attempt resolution.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds will be issued.
6. Educational & Earnings Disclaimer
The Wealth Code is for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or therapeutic advice.
We make no guarantees regarding income, financial success, business growth, or specific results. Any examples shared are illustrative only and are not typical results.
Your results depend on your own effort, decisions, experience, and circumstances.
7. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that business, financial, and personal development activities involve risk. You assume full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business losses.
9. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal action, you agree to contact us at[email protected]Â to attempt informal resolution.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California.
You agree to waive the right to participate in class action claims.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
